Reading and hosting

No account, newsletter subscription or email address is required to read the free lesson. Reading answers and notes in the printable companion stay in your own notebook or files; this website does not collect them.

Cloudflare Pages hosts this website. Cloudflare may process IP addresses, requested pages, browser details and request times to deliver and protect the service. Its privacy notice is at Cloudflare privacy.

Orders, payments and delivery

The purchase button takes you to Payhip, which provides checkout, receipts and access to paid files. Stripe processes card payments through the seller's connected account. Payhip and Stripe process information needed for payment, security, tax and delivery, including your checkout email, order, billing/location information and payment details. The publication website does not receive or store full card numbers.

The publisher can access order information through Payhip and the payment provider to deliver the purchase, answer questions, handle refunds and keep required business records. Optional administrative tools, including Composio-connected services, may process the minimum order information needed to perform an authorized support task. This is not a mailing-list signup. We do not use purchase addresses for promotional messages without the required permission.

Payhip's privacy notice is at Payhip privacy; Stripe's is at Stripe privacy. Provider retention, security and international processing arrangements are governed by their notices. Our website's analytics choice applies here; it does not set a choice on Payhip. Checkout has its own cookie settings.

Contact and records

Cloudflare Email Routing forwards support messages to the publisher's Gmail inbox, provided by Google. The sender address, text and attachments are used to answer the enquiry. Avoid sending identity documents, passwords or card and bank details. Accounting records and supporting documents are retained for the five-year period required by IRAS, and longer where another applicable obligation or ongoing dispute requires it. Other enquiries are kept only while needed to resolve the issue and related obligations.

Ask support about access, correction or deletion of personal information, or to exercise other applicable rights. Some records must be retained to meet legal obligations. We may need proportionate information to confirm that a request concerns your data. You may also contact the relevant data-protection authority.

Optional Google Analytics on this website

Google Analytics loads only after you accept analytics. It processes visit and interaction data, browser/device details and approximate location using cookies. Declining leaves the website and free downloads available. Advertising consent remains denied and Google signals are disabled in our configuration. See Google privacy.

Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 90 days. Use Analytics settings in the footer to change it. Withdrawal removes this site's Analytics cookies and reloads the page to stop its tag; it does not delete information already received by Google. Our events remove query strings and fragments from page locations and use only referring-site origins. They contain no names, emails, payment details or reading answers.

Sample downloads and reading progress are interaction signals, not proof of understanding. Checkout clicks are not completed purchases. We use confirmed provider order records to reconcile sales and refunds, keeping setup-test orders separate from customers.
